Sensitive to the preservation of our environment, Laguiole Village has set up a partnership with Jean-Louis Etienne, the famous French explorer. The L'Antartica knife is therefore helping to support the explorer's next mission: Polar Pod. This mission consists of sailing in the Antarctic Circumpolar Current, an area not often visited by sailors due to its dangerousness, allowing the acquisition of observation data which will be transmitted to researchers, oceanographers and climatologists involved in the project.
